The Buffalo Hunter Hunter

A diary written in 1912 by a Lutheran pastor in Montana turns up inside a wall, recording his sessions with a Blackfeet man named Good Stab who comes to him with a strange confession. As the story of his long life unfolds, it circles back to a real massacre of Blackfeet people and a hunger for justice that has not faded. A haunting historical horror novel that won both the Bram Stoker and Nebula Awards.
