Finding Freedom: A Cook's Story; Remaking a Life from Scratch

Erin French grew up working the line in her father's diner in Freedom, Maine, a tiny town she couldn't wait to leave. After years of hardship, including a difficult marriage, addiction, and losing custody of her son, she came home and began cooking secret supper clubs that grew into The Lost Kitchen, a restaurant so beloved that reservations are now decided by postcard lottery. A candid, hopeful memoir about food, resilience, and finding your way back to yourself.
